Back in 2017, a Dane named a knife after Ernest Hemingway’s 38-foot fishing boat, Pilar. That knifemaker, Jesper Voxnaes, modeled the folding, cleaver-reminiscent blade on the sort of blade he imagined the novelist kept at his hip while aboard.
