Campaign Manager  (New York, NY)

InsideHook is looking for a Campaign Manager to join our rapidly growing team. The Associate Manager of Branded Content will be responsible for managing advertising campaigns for a variety of partners. The ideal candidate is organized, solution-oriented and poised to provide a best-in-class client experience. This individual will work closely with the Sales, Editorial, Social and Operations teams and report to the Director of Branded Content.

InsideHook Studios

InsideHook’s sister company, InsideHook Studios, partners with celebrities to create 360-degree media companies and related entrepreneurial projects (e-commerce, events, etc.). Neil Patrick Harris’ Wondercade, which launched in Fall 2021, is our first such project.

You Will: 

  • Execute cross-platform advertising campaigns from start to finish for a range of leading marketers. Recent partners include Gucci, Neiman Marcus, Lexus, eBay and Crown Royal, to name a few.
  • Create detailed execution timelines and assign internal and external deliverables and deadlines to meet target launch dates 
  • Spearhead daily client communications with multiple points of contact
  • Facilitate the creation of co-branded content, which ranges from dedicated newsletters to brand advocacy articles to long-form features, in collaboration with Branded, Design and Editorial teams
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize, troubleshoot and resolve campaign and account issues in a timely, stress-free manner
  • Deliver end-of-campaign recaps outlining successes and recommendations for future partnerships based on key learnings 
  • Contribute to the growth and success of InsideHook’s Branded and Sales teams through flawless client service 
  • Participate in productions, including branded video and photo shoots and sponsored events

You Have:

  • 2+ years of experience in digital account management
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in Google Suite, Microsoft Suite and Keynote required 
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects concurrently, balance priorities and work well under pressure
  • Enthusiasm, reliability and a team-oriented attitude
  • The desire to play nice with others; collaboration is a hallmark of our company culture
  • Applicant should live in or around New York City — we are on a hybrid WFH/in-office schedule.

Salary Range: $50,000-$90,000

Senior Social Media Manager (New York, NY)

InsideHook is looking for a Social Media Manager to join our growing team. This is a full-time, salaried position with generous benefits.

What You’ll Focus On:

    • Organic Content Distribution: Strategically packaging and scheduling content to be released across all social channels with a consistent cadence
    • Data-Driven Content Optimization: Tracking social media performance and using A/B testing software to optimize the content we produce across different channels.
    • Goal Creation + Strategy Development: Work closely with the Head of Audience Development to create social media audience growth goals and execution plan 
    • Agency Management: Manage the Wondercade Social Media agency on all social media activities across Instagram, Facebook and Twitter. 
    • Asset Creation: Lead all social media video and photo shoots with the creative team in addition to the creation of all social media assets in Photoshop, or another design platform
    • Influencer and Partnerships: Developing and managing regular content-sharing partnerships among publishing partners and influencers within different audience segments.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily distribution of content across InsideHook Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and additional digital channels 
  • Work with the Head of Audience Development  to develop and implement a social media calendar, ensuring that it is in alignment with the editorial content calendar and initiatives
  • Packaging of content (writing headlines and text descriptions, choosing photos) and scheduling social media posts for Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
  • Tracking performance and managing the regular syndication of weekly and monthly reports and providing insights to the team
  • Planning and producing live video content for Facebook and Instagram
  • Build and manage relationships with publishing partners and influencers across digital channels
  • Research, plan and test new social media endeavors for InsideHook + Wondercade — could include new channels, community groups, etc.
  • Some light evening and weekend work may be required

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Marketing (social media management ), and building online communities, across all social platforms
  • Experience in communications or editorial support at a media outlet, or cultural organization
  • A multitasker who can switch back and forth through channels of thought quickly
  • Willingness to work with a small team and on many concurrent projects 
  • ​​Attention to detail and the ability to respond in a timely manner is a must
  • The ability to transition between creative and analytical thinking throughout the day
  • The ability to quickly grasp and work with the InsideHook and Wondercade unique brand persona and voice
  • Can prioritize multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality of work
  • An understanding of the social media space and what works best on different social channels
  • Excitement for the digital marketing space specifically social media 

Nice to have:

  • Experience with content management software such as Adobe Suite Creative Cloud, Canva, EchoBox, Later, Buffer, Sprout Social, Social Flow and Naytev
  • Previous experience managing branded social media is a plus, but not required
  • Experience A/B testing content
  • Experience using Facebook Ads Manager and Power Editor
  • Experience or knowledge of photoshop, video editing, vlogging, graphic design

Salary Range: $50,000-$90,000
