Accused rapist and disgraced movie mogul Harvey Weinstein has sold his early 20th century New York City brownstone for $25,629,826.88, Town & Country reports. Currently checked into a rehabilitation center in Arizona, Weinstein initially purchased the townhouse, located at 13 Bank Street in Manhattan’s West Village, for $14.95 million in 2006.

T&C notes this isn’t the only real estate Weinstein is selling off. Other properties sold or up for rent include his 9,000-square-foot mansion in the Hamptons that sold for $10 million earlier this year, as well as his waterfront home in Westport Connecticut, which nabbed $16 million. The Connecticut and West Village deals were done off-market.

Variety reports that Weinstein’s Tudor cottage in West Hollywood is currently up for rent for $7,495 per month.
