Supermodel Kate Upton and World Series champ Justin Verlander got married in Italy this past weekend, surrounded by family and close friends, reports the New York Post.
Upton, 25, posted pictures of the wedding on Instagram, saying, “I feel so lucky that I got to marry my best friend!! @justinverlander Thank you to our family and friends for making this weekend so fun and magical!”
The two were together for three years before they announced their engagement at the 2016 Met Gala.
The pitcher also to brag about his marriage, posting the same picture and writing, “Happy wife happy life! What an amazing beginning to our journey together! @kateupton #justmarried.”
