Rangers pitcher Cole Hamels and his wife, Heidi, have decided to donate their $9.75 million mansion to charity. The house is in Branson, Missouri, and will be given to Camp Barnabas, a nonprofit organization that helps individuals with special needs and chronic illnesses Hamels said that “Barnabas makes dreams come true, and we felt called to help them in a big way,” according to NBC.  This will be the largest gift Barnabas has received. It is 32,000-square-feet and was built in 2012. It sits on 104.7 acres of land with more than 1,700 feet of shoreline along Table Rock Lake. CEO of Camp Barnabas, Jason Brawner, said that he has no doubt this gift will help the organization expand outside of just a summer camp.
