Pound for pound, it’s the most heavily hyped boxing match in years.

According to ESPN, championship boxer Floyd Mayweather Jr. will be meeting UFC titan Conor McGregor in the ring on Saturday, August 26.

The bout will air on Showtime’s pay-per-view channel live that night.

Mayweather Jr. first announced the fight yesterday on his Instagram page, along with a short teaser video.

UFC president Dana White mapped out the details of the fight on SportsCenter, noting that it would a junior middleweight bout, with a weight limit of 154 pounds. Mayweather Jr. and McGregor would be using 10-ounce gloves, and the fight would take place at T-Mobile Arena.

“We’ve been in negotiations for a while….Negotiations went smooth. Floyd is surrounded by some smart people, and we got this thing done. The impossible deal is now done,” White told ESPN.

McGregor made his own announcement via social media—tweeting out a picture of Floyd Mayweather Sr. instead of his opponent (an obvious social jab).
