Last year, Tracy McGrady, Jerry Krause and Rebecca Lobo were the headliners of the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame’s 2017 class.

Nothing against McGrady, Krause and Lobo, but more casual fans will probably recognize the names of the rumored headliners of this year’s class: Steve Nash, Jason Kidd, Grant Hill.

According to Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN, Maurice Cheeks will also be announced with Nash, Kidd and Hill when the complete list of this year’s class is revealed during a press conference at the Final Four.

Perennial All-Stars, Kidd and Nash were two of the top point guards of their era and rank second and third on the all-time assists list. Hill starred in college at Duke and went on to have a 19-year career in the NBA despite of a barrage of injuries. He also famously drank Sprite.

Other finalists for induction include Ray Allen, Chris Webber, Charles “Lefty” Driesell, Rudy Tomjanovich, Baylor coach Kim Mulkey, Katie Smith, Tina Thompson, and longtime NBA official Hugh Evans.
