Laker Michael Beasley Vows Team Will “Come Together” Around LeBron
Beasley doesn't think anyone on the team will be a problem in LA.

Journeyman NBA player Michael Beasley has a new home with the Los Angeles Lakers and it hasn’t taken him long to start defending it.
During his introductory conference call, Beasley lauded the players (including Rajon Rondo, Lance Stephenson and himself) LA has brought in to play alongside LeBron James.
According to Beasley, the array of personalities the Lakers have on their roster won’t be a hindrance. It will instead be an asset as they all mesh their skills around James.
Beasley said, “I think it is going to come together like a basketball team.”
“You got [14] guys other than LeBron James that know how to play basketball,” he continued, “and I think you got 29 teams that [are] overlooking the fact that they know how to play basketball. For there to even be a narrative of the personalities in this room is judgment enough for me, and I don’t want to be a part of that.”
The Lakers reportedly want to use a “Death Lineup” featuring James at center surrounded by four younger players (Lonzo Ball, Josh Hart, Brandon Ingram, and Kyle Kuzma).
Theoretically they wouldn’t be a part of that lineup, so it will be interesting to see how Rondo, Stephenson, and Beasley — none of whom are known for their maturity — handle the situation.
