According to a lawsuit obtained by TMZ Sports, Antonio Brown is being accused of nearly killing a toddler in April when he threw furniture off the balcony of his 14th-story apartment after becoming upset.

The legal filing by Ophir Sternberg alleges the Pittsburgh Steelers star nearly hit his 22-month-old son with “large objects” tossed “from the building many floors above them.”

In the lawsuit, Sternberg alleges the pieces of furniture included two very large vases and a heavy ottoman.

Following the incident, police were called and it was determined the items came from Brown’s apartment.  “Mr. Brown was extremely agitated, acting aggressively, and yelling at security personnel when [police] arrived to the scene,” according to the suit.

Seeking damages for assault and intentional infliction of emotional distress, the lawsuit alleges Brown acted “without regard for human life” and claims the toddler now suffers night terrors thanks to trauma suffered during the incident.
