Listed for $65 million and sitting on a 340-acre estate, the Red Gate Farm compound can be yours through Christie’s International Real Estate via a listing by former First Lady Jackie Kennedy‘s daughter, Caroline.

The home — located in Aquinnah, a “relatively undeveloped area” on the southwest tip of the island — has been in the family since 1979, and has been renovated and improved upon over the years, Time reported. It sits on more than a mile of beachfront property and boasts 6,456 square feet of living space.

Among the property’s several common areas are a drawing room, family room, library, den and living room. It also has a formal dining room and chef’s kitchen, according to Time. Each of the four upstairs bedrooms is complete with its own en-suite bathroom, as well as a fifth bedroom downstairs that could be “ideal for guests or staff,” the listing notes.

A two-story guesthouse that houses another living room, kitchen, four bedrooms and three bathrooms sits just outside, amid the property’s tennis court, pool, ponds, three-bedroom caretaker’s house, barn, dual detached garages, hunting cabin and boathouse. A “fairy treehouse,” commissioned by the late First Lady for her grandchildren, still stands, too.

If the property were to sell for its current asking price, according to Time, the Kennedy compound would double the island’s residential real estate record.
