Hisense is a Chinese brand that’s five decades old and a big player in the rest of the world but is just starting to make its presence felt here. They offer a range of smart sets with rich colors and a minimum of motion blur, and usually for a few hundred dollars less than other brands you might be more familiar with.
This model — officially the Hisense 70″ Class A6G Series LED 4K UHD Smart Android TV — boasts a 4.6/5 rating from Best Buy shoppers, and at $550 it appears to be at its lowest price of the year (we’ve previously seen it for $620-$850). It features 4x the pixels of full HD and a built-in Chromecast (note: we like Chromecast)
