Since being uploaded in January, the 15-minute segment of The Late Late Show with James Corden featuring Adele doing “carpool karaoke” with the show’s host has racked up more than 135 million views.
In addition to singing along to some of her own classic hits, Adele impressively belts out tunes from British pop act the Spice Girls and shows off her rapping chops with Nicki Minaj’s “Monster.”
The list of top-trending videos also includes the viral hit “Pen-Pineapple-Apple-Pen” by Japanese comedian Piko-Taro, which owes much of its popularity to Justin Bieber who tweeted about it, as well as “What’s Inside a Rattlesnake Snake?”
Rankings are based on a combination of factors including the number of views, shares, comments, and likes. Here are the top-trending YouTube videos of 2016:
