Musician Battles With Herself Over Whether or Not to Sell Priceless Kurt Cobain Letter

Juliana Hatfield, best known for her ’90s alt-rock bands Blake Babies and The Juliana Hatfield Three, wrote a personal essay about what it’s like being a professional musician. She explains that when money runs low, she starts selling off personal items—and one of those, which she’s been considering parting ways with, is a priceless letter from Kurt Cobain.
