Welcome to Kind of a Big Deal, a daily roundup of great sales on the brands and items you love (tech, shoes, style, travel, etc.), as well as great new products. Please note: Deals are subject to change at the whim of the merchants mentioned.

The North Face
Look, you can still ski in several parts of the country. Or maybe it’s never too early to think about next winter. Anyway, Backcountry’s throwing a huge sale on products from The North Face, including insulated jackets, Gore-Tex gloves, hiking boots and more, all up to and occasionally over 50% off.

Menu
The Copenhagen brand crafts design-forward housewares that add warmth, utility and a modern style to any living area (dig those egg-shaped brass table lamps). They’re a worthy addition to Kaufmann Mercantile’s sitewide sale, which nets you 20% off everything with the code SPRING20.

BauBax Travel Pants
Pretty bold to dub your product “the world’s best travel pants,” but BauBax — which has crowdfunded like-minded travel jackets and wireless charging apparel on Kickstarter before (funding up to 46,000% of their goal) — seems to know their niche. A bamboo/merino wool blend, these pants are stain-, water- and odor-resistant, breathable, quick-drying and feature a nice bit of stretch. Available in chinos, joggers and (for the women) leggings, prices start at $108, or $52 off the future retail price.

Other sales of note:

  • Apple Watch: Walmart has refurbs on certain models of the Series 4 for $50-$150 off.
  • Indochino: Yeah, the made-to-measure suiting site is always throwing a sale, but up to 60% off sitewide isn’t a bad way to get your spring business wardrobe up to speed.
