You won’t find New Jersey Governor Chris Christie hanging out on this private beach. It’s not in his state. And it’s not remotely in his budget.

Sotheby’s International Realty has listed a 14-acre beachfront property in Southampton, New York—which includes multiple houses, two putting greens, and a battery of high-end amenities, per the Wall Street Journal.

In all, a potential buyer will acquire nearly 700 feet of ocean-facing frontage.

The individuals homes are divvied up like this: a 12,000-square-foot, eight-bedroom home sitting on 3.5 acres; two separate houses sitting on three acres, one with an outdoor pool, the other, a tennis court; a five-acre lot on which were constructed two putting greens and a pair of beach bungalows; and a vacant 2.5-acre lot on Shinnecock Bay.

The property couldn’t be more sought-after, as the Journal notes; it’s among the priciest pieces of real estate in the country.
