What would a sneaker look like if it were inspired by an Easter egg? That’s what Nike envisioned for their 2020 Easter pack, which features new iterations of the Air Max 90, Air Max 97 and the Air Max 270 React.
The sneakers are all outfitted in Easter appropriate colors — purple, light blue, lime green, with iridescent touches throughout each of the shoes. The colors all come together to just hint at the holiday they were inspired by, while the darker blue accents work to offset each sneaker from looking too much like a child’s Easter egg.
Each sneaker also features a velcro tab on the tongue, which, when pulled back, reveals a cracked egg, that in turn reveals the brand’s iconic swoosh. The same design can be found on the shoe’s insole. Just think of it as Nike’s own version of an Easter egg hunt.
