“You like that? You like that?” The six words that Kirk Cousins will never live down.
The infamous catchphrase — delivered by the then-quarterback of the Washington Redskins after a comeback win in 2015 — has followed Cousins from an ominous distance ever since. Randall Cobb, Tre White and jaded Redskins fans have all resurrected it in recent years to taunt the Vikings’ signal caller, and now you can add Packers’ defensive end Preston Smith to that list.
After the Packers defeated the Vikings in Minneapolis last night, thus restoring themselves as winners of the NFC North after a two-year hiatus, Smith charged into the visiting locker room jeering Cousins, who threw for just 122 yards on the night to go with an interception, no touchdowns and five sacks.

With the loss, Cousins dropped to 0-9 on Monday Night Football throughout his career — a historic mark for futility. The Vikings signed Cousins to a fully guaranteed $84 million contract last March, and while he has had a largely impressive season (3,603 yard to go with 26 touchdowns and six interceptions, good for a 107.4 rating), questions remain about his ability to win in big games.
The Packers will next play the Detroit Lions in an effort to either retain their no. 2 seed or move up to no. 1 with a 49ers loss. The Vikings will play the Chicago Bears, though they have little to play for, with the no. 6 seed — and a visit to either New Orleans, Seattle or Green Bay on Wild Card Weekend — already a certainty.
