MLB on Plan to Put Aaron Judge’s Face in Beer at Yankee Stadium: ‘You’re Out’
Major League Baseball squashs the Yanks' plan to imprint the faces of star players in beer foam.

If you get taken out to the ballgame at Yankee Stadium, expect to find peanuts and crackerjacks – but not the face of Aaron Judge or Giancarlo Stanton imprinted in the foam in your beer.
After images showing the faces of the two Yankees sluggers (as well as Gary Sanchez and Aroldis Chapman) imprinted on pints of Blue Point beer from a media tasting event at Yankee Stadium spilled out online, MLB quickly gave the beer foam art plan three strikes.
Since MLB does not permit active players to be involved in the advertising or promotion of alcohol or alcohol-related products, the league essentially gave the Yankees a cease-and-desist order.

“The Yankees have no current plans of incorporating this decorative element on concessions items this season,” according to a team spokesperson.
