Torch at 2020 Olympics May Be Lit By Flying Toyota

Toyota and Cartivator have big plans for the SkyDrive flying car.

Toyota has not only entered the flying car race, but set a very flashy goal.

The car manufacturer wants to build a flying car that will light the Olympic torch at the 2020 Olympics.

Working with the startup company Cartivator, Toyota hopes to have the SkyDrive flying car ready for its home country’s Olympic games in Tokyo.

The SkyDrive is designed to be 9.5 feet long (2.9 meters) with a maximum speed of up to 62 mph (100 km/h) and will travel 33 feet (10 meters) above the ground.
