Kevin Durant Accidentally Trashed Former Teammates on His Main Twitter Account
It appears the NBA star meant to send the criticism from a secret account.
Since-deleted tweets from Kevin Durant’s main Twitter account trash his former coach and teammates, Business Insider is reporting, and many are speculating that Durant never meant to post them to his official feed in the first place.
Responding to a fan upset with Durant’s decision to leave the Oklahoma City Thunder for the Golden State Warriors in 2016, Durant wrote in the third person: “He didn’t like the organization or playing for Billy Donovan. His roster wasn’t that good, it was just him and Russ.”
In another tweet, Durant wrote, “Imagine taking Russ off that team, see how bad they were. Kd can’t win a championship with those cats.”
no, I just deleted it.

But if it was a mistake, Durant isn’t owning up to it. After deleting the tweets, one Twitter user quipped, “Thought you were slick deleting that huh?” to which Durant replied: “No, I just deleted it.”
