Mark Wahlberg Reveals Insane Daily Workout Schedule Starting at 2:30 a.m.

The 47-year-old's daily routine includes two workouts, cryotherapy, and a round of golf.

Now we know how he can manage to eat Wahlburgers and still be in such good shape.

This week, Mark Wahlberg revealed the insane details of his daily workout schedule to his followers on Instagram.

According to the regimen, the 47-year-old gets up at 2:30 in the morning, prays, has breakfast, and then begins his first workout of the day at 3:40 a.m.

Following the 95-minute session, Wahlberg eats again, showers, and plays golf – all before the clock even strikes eight.
