This Spanish restaurant’s name translates to “loved” for a reason. James Beard award–winning chef Jose Garces (above right) has opened the New York City outpost of his popular Philadelphia tapas bar, Amada. With a panoply of delicious Iberian offerings—and a few new twists—Iron Chef Garces is already pleasing Brookfield Place patrons with lunch, happy hour, and dinner menus.

Culinary fare includes signature dishes like whole roasted suckling pig and a variety of other Andalusian favorites (see examples below). Happy hour patrons will find an extensive wine list of the Spanish ilk, seasonal sangria, and traditional cocktails (highlighted by a selection of gin and tonics).
