For those unfamiliar with the Copper Core line, the pieces take the exceptional heat conductor that is copper, but instead of making the entire pot or pan from the material (which would be extremely expensive and also fussy for the average cook when maintaining) they’ve wrapped it in two layers of aluminum and then tough and utilitarian stainless steel on the outside. In terms of specific pieces, you can take $95 off a 12-inch frying pan, $180 off a three-quart saute pan and lid and even $320 off a six-quart saute pan and lid, and that’s just the beginning. If you just want classic stainless steel, there are three-ply and five-ply options on sale as well. Just remember, some of these are factory seconds (meaning there will be some cosmetic damage that doesn’t affect performance) and some have packaging damage (meaning the piece is in good shape but can’t be sold in stores), and you’ll need to enter your email to get into the sale which means you acknowledge the condition of the cookware.
