In an Instagram post last week, LeBron James revealed the workout he’s been doing at home to stay in shape during the coronavirus lockdown. The routine includes pushups, a standing barbell curl, a kneeling cable reverse fly, balancing on a mat and a set of sprints.
In addition to the home workout, James is also apparently eating a special granola recipe made by his personal chef Dena Marino to keep himself fit. Sharing the recipe on social media, Marino said the granola is “filled with monounsaturated fats from cashews, pecans, and almonds, which have been linked to increasing good cholesterol (HDL), lowering bad cholesterol (LDL), and improving blood pressure.” Marino suggested eating the granola by itself or pairing it with yogurt or a smoothie.

Along with working out and practicing healthy eating, it looks like James is also staying in shape by practicing dance moves with his family.

The 35-year-old was in the midst of a great year when the NBA season was postponed due to COVID-19. Hopefully the league will return in the next few months and the three-time NBA champion will get a shot at winning his fourth ring.
