A Jacket for All Season. A Jacket for SF.

Mission Workshop and Taylor Stitch drop the jacket of the year

May 24, 2016 9:00 am

Ever wonder what would happen if the function-obsessed minds at Mission Workshop worked alongside the guys behind Taylor Stitch’s beautifully fitted, aesthetically peerless outerwear?

Yeah, us neither.

But that didn’t stop it from happening. To glorious effect.

The name of this unexpected mystery: North Coast, a superior collaboration chockablock with togs you’ll want to wear all summer.

Key among the line is the Meridian, a glorious summer jacket that’s as notable for its tech specs as its crisp shape.

Thanks to a Polartec NeoShell, it’s light (320 grams; leave the hood at home and save another 60), waterproof and breathable: the trifecta for summer athletes in this part of the world.

Armholes? Ventilated.

Zippers? Taped.

Internal media pocket? Included.

The Meridian is just one part of the North Coast collection, which also includes shorts, henleys, chinos and a handsome waxed canvas duffle.

More pieces are on the way.

Preorder now for delivery in July.

The six weeks between now and then will fly.
