When Jon Bon Jovi’s name comes up, there’s largely one state that comes to mind: New Jersey. He’s from there; he operates restaurants there; his band even named an album after the Garden State. But like many people who grew up in. the region surrounding New York City, Bon Jovi also has ties there. And it turns out he owns a very nice condo in Greenwich Village — though apparently he’s looking for someone to take it off his hands.

An article at 6sqft has more information on the property — which is on the market for the low price of $22 million. The condo is situated on a high floor within the Greenwich Lane complex in the West Village. According to the listing, the space has four bedrooms and is located in a southwest corner of the building.

The listing emphasizes the lighting in the apartment in a number of ways, from the floor-to-ceiling windows to a balcony located just off the eat-in kitchen. Some other notable details: the living room is 40 feet in length, and each of the four bedrooms has an en suite bathroom.

Based on the photographs featured in the listing, the space also has fantastic views. Perhaps it’ll inspire its next owner to write some anthemic rock songs about some part of the Tri-State Area.
