He currently edits IH's wellness newsletter The Charge. Outside of the office, he is an avid runner (finishing the NYC Marathon in under three hours) and lifter. He also enjoys playing basketball, soccer and pickleball with friends. He graduated from Georgetown University with a degree in English.
