Because four wheels are for amateurs

Skateboarding is many things: a bonafide mode of transport, an admirable sport, or, if you’re over the age of 65, assumably decried as a crime.

But let’s put aside differences for a moment and look at transport. There’s this toy called the Halo Board. It’s fully electric and features just one wheel, and simply put: it looks very fun.

And it’s simple enough to ride even senior citzens can get in on the action. The Halo Board’s single eight-inch tire is big enough to keep riders balanced with ease.

And while it’ll max out at 12 mph, the board has some pretty nifty features including LED light displays and speakers so you can bump tunes as you coast. As for battery life, you’ll get two hours in one charge.

If skateboarding around isn’t your thing, make sure you check out the company’s “hoverboards.” For everyone else, the Halo Board is available now. Head on over to the website for more details.
