Easter. The time of year for Cadbury eggs, Peeps and … Jeeps?

Yes. Jeeps.

At least if you’re in Moab, Utah, where the Easter Jeep Safari festival has been delighting Jeep owners and aficionados every Spring since its first run in 1967. In honor of this year’s event — and the 75th anniversary of their brand — Jeep just revealed a slate of new concept vehicles in advance of the March 19th EJS kick-off.

Let’s take a look.

Jeep Trailcat
With a 6.2-liter HEMI Hellcat V-8 engine, a six-speed manual transmission and 707 horses under the hood, the Trailcat is “equally at home on Moab’s rugged trails or a high-speed section.”

Jeep Crew Chief 715
Built as a tribute to Jeep’s military service vehicles, the “tactical green” Crew Chief is equipped with 20-inch beadlock wheels, 40-inch NDT military tires, a 3.6-liter Pentastar V-6 engine and a navigation compass in its center console.

Jeep Shortcut
Reminiscent of the Jeep CJ-5, the Wrangler-based Shortcut has a custom grille, hood, tailgate, front and rear wheel flares and bumpers that are designed to put the “spirit of 1950s Americana” on full display.

Jeep Renegade Commander
Powered by a 2.4-liter Tigershark engine with MultiAir 2 mated to a nine-speed transmission, the Renegade Commander will let off-road enthusiasts experience all that the outdoors can throw at them via the removable panels of its MySky open-air roof.

Jeep Comanche
A nod to all the Jeep pickup trucks that came before, the formidable Comanche has off-road rock rails, a two-inch lift kit, 32-inch BF-Goodrich all terrain tires and a winch, as well as a 2.0-liter diesel I-4 engine.

Jeep FC 150
A throwback concept with a steel body and a full-length cargo box, this revamped 1960 FC 150 has been outfitted with a 2005 Wrangler chassis, vinyl seat covers, a CB radio, analog compass and a 4.0-liter PowerTech I-6.

Jeep Trailstorm
With added room for extra gear and fuel tanks, the Trailstorm is made to take on the elements with its 17-inch concept off-road wheels, LED headlights and fog lights, power-dome vented hood, steel Rubicon bumpers and 3.6-liter Pentastar V-6 engine.
