The bad news continues for Fox News.

As the Los Angeles Times reports, Fox Business Network anchor Charles Payne has been suspended following allegations of sexual harassment.

According to the Times, the suspension went down on the one-year anniversary of the sexual harassment scandal first rocking Fox News, which was brought to light with a lawsuit against former chairman Roger Ailes.

The suit eventually led to Ailes’ ouster, and the burgeoning scandal claimed other big names such as Bill O’Reilly and co-president Bill Shine. (The woman accusing Payne told her lawyer that she spent a year trying to contact Shine about her situation, but to no avail.)

Most recently, Fox Sports’ head of programming Jamie Horowitz was fired amidst a sexual harassment probe.

Payne’s suspension comes on the heels of a National Enquirer article published earlier this week in which Payne admitted to an extramarital affair with a former Fox News contributor. The woman said that workplace harassment and misconduct were involved in the relationship.
