‘Icarus’ Features Stunning Drone Footage and Beautiful Landscapes

Vadim Sherbakov’s short film, “Icarus,” is a gorgeous ode to his Phantom 3 Pro aerial camera.

Using footage captured over two years, “Icarus” takes viewers on a slow, achingly beautiful journey to the Isle of Skye, the Dolomites in Italy, and countless other places (the otherworldly Iceland footage is our favorite). Vadim mixes in natural landscapes and cityscapes to illustrate the scale of not only the agrarian splendor surrounding us, but our own achievements as well.

Crazier still, Vadim edited this movie with Adobe, meaning that this entire project was made with consumer products.
