George Clooney Fires Back at Paparazzi Photos of Twins

He said the photographers, agency and Voici magazine will be prosecuted to full extent.

George Clooney is lashing out at the French magazine Voiciwhich plastered photographs of Clooney’s new twin babies on the cover of their magazine. Clooney spoke out after the photographs made the rounds online.

Clooney said in a statement that the photographers from Voici “scaled our fence, climbed our tree and illegally took pictures of our infants inside our home.” In the photos, Clooney and wife Amal are each carrying one of their babies, reports the Hollywood ReporterThe pictures were taken in Lake Como, where the couple has a home.

According to the statement, Clooney plans on prosecuting the photographers, the agency and the magazine to the full extent of the law.

“The safety of our children demands it,” Clooney said.

The babies — named Ella and Alexander — were born to the actor and international human rights lawyer on June 6. The Clooneys said in a statement that the babies and Amal were all healthy and happy and made a joke that longtime bachelor George was “sedated and should recover in a few days.”
