This one’s for all those gym teachers who can’t whistle with their fingers.

The Original HyperWhistle might very well be the world’s loudest whistle, and it’s yours for the price of lunch.

With a sound range of up to two miles, and a peak noise decibel level of 142 (comparable to an aircraft carrier deck) the HyperWhistle would be ridiculous (and dangerous) to use in reffing sports. After all, it comes with protection for your ears. But it’s definitely a key animal-deterring addition to any camping trip, not to mention a potentially crucial tool in emergency rescues. It also works underwater.

Whatever you do, don’t leave the thing lying around for kids. Listening to them practice the recorder is annoying. Listening to them try out the HyperWhistle will be painful.
