Today: a gravy boat to commemorate 100 years of White Castle, a water-resistant bomber jacket from Nobis and a trench coat rebuilt with 55 laser beams.
Noah x New Order
Noah’s come to be known for the diverse collaborations, and now the brand has teamed up with none other than New Order. Having long been admirers of the band, Noah was especially inspired by the design of their records, credited to Peter Saville, and the ways they managed to capture the essence of the band. Another source of inspiration proved to be the iconic clubs of New York City that would eventually inspire New Order to open their own, Hacienda, in their native Manchester. More than anything, Noah sought to, and succeeded in, paying homage to the band’s creativity and the unusual path they forged, inspiring others to do the same.
Booker’s “Donohoe’s Batch”
“Donohoe’s Batch” marks the first release of the Booker’s Bourbon 2021 Collection. Named in honor of Mike Donohoe, a retired Jim Beam employee and close friend of 6th Generation Master Distiller Booker Noe, the medium amber-colored batch features a vanilla and baking spice aroma with a full-bodied taste.
Omega Seamaster 300M Black Black
Omega hit us with a slew of Seamaster releases this week, including an updated version of the Seamaster 300 and a Bronze Gold model that will be out in June. The most intriguing watch of the bunch may just be the 300M in a style they’re calling “Black Black.” It’s a black ceramic overload, to be sure, and the idea of doing up a dive watch in a dark monochromatic color scheme may seem ridiculous. But the all-black timepiece has been a style that many other companies have attempted with little success. Omega actually made one worth wearing. (Though not just yet, as it’s out in July.)
Old Forester High Angels’ Share
The first Old Forester bourbon to feature a woman’s signature (Master Taster Jackie Zykan) on the bottle, this limited-edition release is part of OF’s new 117 Series. The 110 proof tipple pays homage to Old Forester’s homeplace on Whiskey Row. What makes it special? It’s taken from a selection of barrels which lost exceptional volume to evaporation in the aging process, leaving a rich, herbaceous liquid. Available exclusively at Old Forester Distilling CO. and select Kentucky retailers.

Everyone needs a pair of patterned, slightly ridiculous pants for spring and summer, and luckily Tombolo’s got us covered with the latest version of their Traveler Pants. Made in collaboration with artist Maggie Stephenson, the pants are printed with commissioned artworks that depict couples embracing against the tropical background of palm trees. Definitely a conversation starter, consider picking up the matching T-shirt to really make a statement.
Hornitos Tequila Seltzer
Another day, another seltzer release. This time from tequila brand Hornitos, who announced it was joining the ever-growing ready-to-drink space with two tequila hard seltzers: Lime and Mango. The seltzers are made with real Plata Tequila, contain 5% alcohol by volume and seem like the ideal light summer cocktail.
Vollebak Laser Cut Trench Coat
Futuristic outfitter Vollebak, the brand responsible for carbon fiber T-shirts and solar-charged puffers, has released a trench coat just in time for spring. To our surprise it looks … fairly normal? They’ve pared down the design a bit, opting for a minimalist look, but the length, the collar and the color all look standard. What’s that? It’s made with ultra-high-performance materials and cut with lasers to ensure precision? OK, that sounds like the Vollebak we know.
TAG Heuer Formula 1 Collection
To commemorate the start of the 2021 F1 season in Bahrain and to pay tribute to Tag Heuer’s motorsport heritage, the brand has unveiled the Formula 1 Collection, consisting of four new timepieces donning vibrant tangerine orange and lime yellow colors inspired by the 1980s and 90s.
White Castle Cravey Boat
To celebrate the cultural icon that is White Castle, the beloved restaurant burger chain has released a special edition “Cravey Boat” decked out in White Castle’s signature orange and blue.
