That “Earthproof” tag came from Jaybird basically trying to destroy these headphones during R&D. They’ve also been tested against “tropical humidity, hurricane-force water, and desert sandstorm conditions” — and lived to tell the tale.
But they’ll work just as well on a zip around the neighborhood as in the deep wilderness. They don’t budge in the ear, the sound is crystal clear, and unlike Beats or AirPods — which are nearly $100 more expensive — you don’t have to push the volume toggle up to 80% to drown out the world around you.
