The 131-foot-long Angels’ Share is kind of a big deal in the yachting world … people know her. And despite only being in the world for a few years, there’s already quite a history there.
The Angels’ Share was initially completed in 2009, but was on the water for less than a year before her owners decided they wanted to give her a complete makeover. That process garnered the Best Refit trophy at the International Superyacht Society Awards in 2011.
As you can see — even if you’re not an International Superyacht Society member — it went well.
To evolve from yacht to superyacht, the Angels’ Share was refitted with a lightweight composite hull, a redesigned interior and deck area, and more than 8,000 square feet of sail space. As an added touch, she was also given a 450-HP diesel motor with a top speed of 14 knots (16 MPH).
With enough space for 10 guests spread throughout four cabins, the Angels’ Share can be operated by a five-member crew and is available to charter for about $120,000 per week.
Or, you can just buy her for $15 million. That’s actually a reduced price — practically a steal.
