Personal Bond lair, anyone?

“It’s a nice place to visit, but I wouldn’t want to live there.” That’s something one says after spending some time in a place like Omaha, Milwaukee or Tampa, — not after visiting the interior of an Aston Martin — now that’d be a place to live.

Now you can: Aston Martin broke ground this week in Miami on its first residential tower, a 391-unit, 66-story property overlooking Biscayne Bay. Located at 300 Biscayne Boulevard Way, the Aston Martin Residences are divided into 1-5 bedroom units, duplexes, penthouses and triple penthouses.

Features within the individual units vary, but residents can look forward to coming home to floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors, marble floors, a top-of-the-line kitchen with European cabinets and appliances and a private balcony offering panoramic views.

Designed by Revuelta Architecture and Bodas Miani Anger, the full-service building has 42,275 square feet of amenities spread across four of its top floors. Connected by a massive glass staircase, floors 52 through 55 contain “Sky Amenities” like a curated art gallery, barber station, boxing room, virtual golf, movie theaters, infinity pool, cabanas, and a high-end chef’s kitchen.

“Every aspect of the Aston Martin Residences at 300 Biscayne Boulevard way has been carefully considered to provide the perfect balance between maximization of space, optimal light and views, and the needs of today’s modern cosmopolitan lifestyles,” the developer says.

We’re hearing units are already 25 percent sold in advance of the building’s delivery in 2021, so if you’d like to lock up your personal Bond lair, you’d better act fast. No. 007 might not be taken.
