Free Runners Perform Acrobatic Moves Through a Port in Turkey

A more elaborate form of parkour—which you probably remember from this scene in Casino Royale—free running is the brainchild of Frenchman Sébastien Foucan, and is basically a highly acrobatic, opponent-less martial art. In the video below, professional free runners (yep, people get paid to do this for a living) Jason Paul and Dimitris Kyrsanidis run, leap, and flip their way through the Port of Haydarpasa in Turkey. For more on parkour and its roots, watch the documentary at the bottom.
