Dracula’s Castle Is Taking Visitors. How Quaint.

No blood required, but pack that garlic anyway.

Breakfast is included at Airbnb’s latest listing but, given the host’s favorite source of sustenance, we wouldn’t blame you for skipping the most important meal of the day.

Located in Romania’s Carpathian Mountains, Bran Castle — aka Count Dracula’s Transylvanian lair — will be hosting two lucky prize winners for a candlelit dinner followed by a night of exploring the dwelling’s 57 rooms, tower lookouts and secret passage this Halloween.

And yes, guests will be required to sleep in “velvet-trimmed coffins” within the Count’s crypt.

Dacre Stoker, the great grandnephew of Bram Stoker, will serve as host and plans to show off the castle’s mysteries with a guided tour following a “blood-enriching meal” of God knows what.

To win, contestants must write a 50-500 character essay detailing what they would say to the Count if they were to come “face-to-fang with him in his own castle” and submit it by the 26th.

Before you do, note that no garlic or garlic-scented items are allowed, all silver jewelry must be left at home, crossing the cutlery or placing anything in a cross formation is forbidden and mirror selfies are frowned upon.

If you aren’t selected and can’t visit in person, taking a virtual castle tour is always an option.
