From the driving, to the parking, to the not knowing where to drive or park, dinner in L.A. is harder than it should be. That’s why we created Dinner Plan — your three-step itinerary to a damn good time. Here’s your plan.

The press has been gobbling up L.A.’s culinary renaissance of late.

Grand Market food stands. Taco trucks. Shared-plate boîtes and top-shelf mixology.

In truth, though, this is no craze, but a buffet of moments that’s evolved over the decades into a kind of foodie Golden Age.

Proving it so: To Live and Dine in LA, an exhibit at the LA Public Library that dives deep into the belly of L.A.’s storied gastronomy with more than 500 menus they’ve archived over the years.

Some date back to the 19th century.

We took the occasion to make you this Dinner Plan for Foodies. Because you don’t send a man to look at food art without a table waiting for him around the corner.

Dinner at the new restaurant from Chef Agostino Sciandri, who’s been delighting LA diners for over 30 years.

Strap on your bib. Let’s eat.
