What Unholy Madness Hath Six Flags Wrought?

You may lose your lunch just watching it

Hope you didn’t spend too much on lunch today.

Because Six Flags Great Adventure in Jackson, New Jersey, home to the almighty Kingda Ka, just unveiled this summer’s chef d’oeuvre: the CYBORG Cyber Spin.

The ride features three undulating octagons, each elevated 70 feet off the ground, ringed around two rows of strapped-in passengers. It more or less twists around endlessly on itself, sloshing around 24 stomachs for several minutes along three different axes before sending everyone back to the ground.

An architectural marvel? Sure. Manageable after a plate of funnel cake? Probably not.

See for yourself above.
