Tim Tebow is marrying a Miss Universe – but he doesn’t know where on earth he is going to do it.
After getting engaged to Demi-Leigh Nel-Peters earlier this year, the former Heisman winner and the 2017 Miss Universe winner have yet to pick where they are going to tie the knot.
The star-studded couple had previously said they were planning on a destination wedding but they have yet to narrow down the choices – at all.
“We haven’t even figured out what continent we’re getting married on,” Tebow told PEOPLE. “Sometimes, having a lot of choices isn’t necessarily a good thing.”
Since they spend so much time in different locales, the bulk of the wedding planning, Nel-Peters’ area of expertise according to her husband-t0-be, is being done via FaceTime. “It was really the best way for us to communicate,” Tebow said. “We’re starting to figure everything out, but we have a lot to do.”
Wherever they end up picking to get hitched, Tebow will probably want it to be somewhere warm as he is currently in Syracuse to begin his Triple-A season for the New York Mets affiliate.
As he pointed out, spring has not yet sprung in Syracuse. Play starts Thursday.
