Star wide receiver Julio Jones won’t report to training camp with the Atlanta Falcons until he gets a new contract from the team, according to multiple reports.

The Falcons have said they do not plan on giving Jones a new deal and can fine him $40,000 for each day that he holds out. If Jones sits in the regular season, he’d lose $617,000 a week.

Jones signed a five-year contract in 2015 that included a $12 million signing bonus and $47 million guaranteed. His base salary this season is $10.5 million, but given his numbers last season (88 catches for 1,444 yards and three touchdowns), the five-time Pro Bowler is underpaid.

The Falcons are scheduled to hold their first practice on Friday.

Until the situation is resolved, might want to hold off drafting Jones on your fantasy team.
