Actor Daniel Radcliffe is playing politics over his support for one of the teams playing football in Super Bowl LIII.
While speaking at the Variety Studio at Sundance, the Harry Potter star and American football fan made it clear he’s rooting for the LA Rams because he’s no fan of New England quarterback Tom Brady.
“The whole world’s rooting against the Patriots, sorry,” Radcliffe said.
Radcliffe then lashed out at the 41-year-old Brady quarterback over his perception that the QB is a supporter of President Trump — a political stance that the NFL legend himself has not publicly confirmed.
“He should just stop winning things. And take that MAGA hat out your locker,” Radcliffe said. “I feel like that was the moment where, as a country, we were all like, ‘Oh come on, dude.’ We all want to be – you’re awesome – behind you, don’t put that in there.”

In 2015, a red Make America Great Again hat was spotted inside Brady’s locker.
However, though the 2018 MVP has never spoken on the matter, it turns out that the hat was placed there by Patriots owner Robert Kraft.
Though the team visited the White House after winning Super Bowl LI over the Atlanta Falcons, Brady did not attend.
