That’s why Meatball Shop founder Daniel Holtzman built Project Foodie, a new caveman-easy app that beams real-time tutorials from top chefs into your kitchen.

To take it for a spin, we swung by Holtzman’s NYC apartment for a live demonstration. Our project for the day: a kick-ass grilled cheese.

Simple? Sure. But just as simple to jack up if you don’t know what you’re doing.
