Admittedly, it’s launching with only the Model S, which lacks some of the bells and whistles of the newer models (like all-wheel drive).
But you’ll still get an amazing value.
Consider: Highest auto safety rating in America. Two-hundred-seventy mile range. Zero-to-sixty in 3.1 seconds.
And most of the used models come with low mileage (from 2000 to 25,000 miles).
Tesla’s offering a four-year or 50,000-mile limited warranty, plus standard maintenance and reliability checks.
Considering a new Model S goes for between $75,000 and $105,000 before tax incentives, you’ll probably save $10K+.
And you’ll skip the waiting list for new models, which can run up to a year.
The program’s currently in 11 markets, including New York, SF, LA and Chicago.
Good time to buy.
