A man goes into the wild to pay his respects to Ma Nature.
So wouldn’t it make sense for his camp stove to do the same?
Because while the world is filled with solid camp cook gear, but very few have the environmental awareness as Envirofit, a company that’s made a name for itself by building smarter cooking technology, primarily for developing countries who still rely on wood stoves and the like for their everyday energy needs.
Envirofit’s new M-5000 Rocket Camp Stove, however, is for the mountain man of leisure. Thanks to a patented combustion chamber that helps retain heat more efficiently, the stove cuts back on CO2 and smoke, all while using less fuel.
The company says one cookstove is equal to three metric tons of CO2 reductions a year. To put that in perspective, that’s approximately the same as a round-trip international flight or a road trip across the entire U.S.A. and back.
Other details include a foot-support base and wooden handles for easy transport.
Best part: the stove won’t cost you an arm and a leg. Respect to that.
