We love Mr. Porter, but usually in a window-shopping kind of way. But before 2019 begins, the too-rich-for-most-blood e-tailer is throwing a sale with up to 50% off clothing, shoes and accessories … making Tom Ford, Hugo Boss and other upscale designers somewhat more approachable. Macy’s is hosting a pretty normal year-end sale right now (extra 20% off with the code JOY), but dig deeper and you’ll find huge discounts on winter bedding, including flannel sheets and comforters at 50-70% off.
Zappos
There are around 74,000 (!) clothing items and shoes heavily discounted right now during the Zappos Winter Sale — even narrowing it down to “men’s sale” and “under $50” pulls nearly 10K items. One example of the offerings? A good-looking long-sleeve from Billy Reid for $44 (50% off).
