Look deeply enough into the life of Robert Redford, and you’ll begin to notice something: the man really likes naming things in honor of movies he’s been in. The Sundance Film Festival and the Sundance Resort both come to mind, as does Horse Whisper Ranch, named for the 1998 film he directed and starred in, alongside Kristin Scott Thomas and Scarlett Johansson.

If you’ve ever thought, “Gee, I’d love to own a ranch named for a Robert Redford film,” well, your time is now. A new report from Uncrate notes that Horse Whisper Ranch is now on the market. For $4.9 million, a scenic ranch situated on 30 acres can, in fact, be yours.

A website focused on the ranch itself offers more details of what’s located within the property. The primary building on the site is a farmhouse dating back to the turn of the last century; a pair of hobby studios accompany it, along with corrals and a garage designed for boats. The property is situated on the Provo River.

Throw in some utterly scenic vistas and it’s easy to see the appeal of the space. It also begs the question — does Redford own any other properties named for his films? Is there a Quiz Show boutique hotel out there, or perhaps a The Hot Rock-themed ski chalet? The mind boggles at the possibilities.
