Dubai's 'Seahorse' villas selling for $1.8 million each

The “Floating Seahorse,” which is basically an immobile luxury yacht, features a below-deck bedroom with floor to ceiling windows and a glass-bottom jacuzzi. These bouyant homes are part of a larger Kleindienst group development in Dubai called the “Heart of Europe,” a series of man-made islands meant to mimic the culture and aesthetics of various European countries.
